Rooted in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, IROOTECH is a leader in industrial intelligence, delivering integrated software and hardware solutions. With a decade of dedication to industrial digital and intelligent transformation, the company focuses its efforts on two core domains: the "Operation Brain" (reshaping corporate organization and management with intelligent agent clusters) and the "Robot Brain" (empowering industrial equipment with advanced intelligence). In 2025, recognized for its leading AI technologies and proven implementation results, IROOTECH became the first and only technology company in the Asia-Pacific region to be positioned as a Visionary in the Gartner Magic Quadrant™ for Industrial IoT Platforms.
During the visit to the IROOTECH Industrial Intelligence Exhibition Hall, Huang Shenghui, Head of Industrial Intelligent Agents, introduced the FixMaster AI — an innovative product under the "Operation Brain" portfolio — to the international media delegation.
Overseas after-sales service has long been a critical hurdle in corporate globalization, plagued by challenges such as the high cost of building service systems, poor communication and coordination, and difficulties in skills training. These issues not only increase operational costs but also erode a brand's global brand competitiveness. The FixMaster AI addresses this by enabling Chinese enterprises to build cost-effective and efficient service capabilities abroad, while also delivering intelligent operation and maintenance upgrades to local manufacturers in overseas markets, enabling genuine two-way value creation.
"Using AI as a breakthrough, we have built a closed-loop operation and maintenance system covering from fault clarification, intelligent diagnosis to interactive troubleshooting and case knowledge accumulation. After each maintenance task, the entire process is converted into reusable, continuously improvable equipment fault cases, enabling the ongoing optimization and upgrading of operational capabilities," noted Huang Shenghui.
To date, this product has enabled clients to reduce fault diagnosis time by 50% and increase maintenance efficiency by 30%, effectively cutting unplanned downtime losses by RMB 100 million. At the same time, the FixMaster AI has been onboarded by multiple companies, effectively supporting frontline engineers, significantly improving repair efficiency, and continuously evolving with use.

During the embodied intelligence demonstration session, Ma Bin, Regional Head for Guangdong in the Logistics Robotics Business Unit, presented the company's smart logistics product line, including stacking forklift robots, counterbalance forklift robots, and point-to-point handling forklift robots. A live demonstration of collaborative operations between unmanned forklift robots and welding robots was also conducted.
Ma Bin explained that these robots, powered by mobility foundation and task execution foundation models, feature autonomous perception capabilities, spatial understanding, intelligent operation, and swarm collaboration. They excel in complex tasks with high operational difficulty and safety risks, with applications spanning smart manufacturing, smart logistics, and smart construction.

Xiao Tingting, Head of International Business for Enterprise Intelligence at IROOTECH, shared the company's experience in serving more than 1,000 enterprises worldwide with industrial intelligence solutions. She highlighted impactful outcomes in enabling global intelligent after-sales services for high-end equipment, driving end-to-end digital transformation in forestry, and promoting green, low-carbon management in industrial parks.
Presenting a case study of Putzmeister, a global leader in concrete machinery, Xiao Tingting noted: "Beyond enabling the client to achieve data visibility, reduce equipment idle time, and lower costs through industrial AI, the key lies in how, over nine years of partnership, we have created an entirely new growth engine for its after-sales business. Today, the client can transform its proprietary data assets into value-added services, boosting user satisfaction while generating new revenue streams. Users can subscribe to services for their equipment via the platform, check real-time operating status, optimize equipment usage, shorten downtime and fault intervals, and effectively manage energy consumption and carbon emissions."
In addition, IROOTECH helps international clients significantly improve operational efficiency, lower costs, and accelerate carbon reduction through real-time data collection, AI-driven decision-making, and cloud-based collaboration. These digital and intelligent practices epitomize the power of industrial intelligence to drive efficiency revolution and sustainable value leap across industries.

The global manufacturing sector is undergoing a profound digital and intelligent transformation, with a shortage of new-era talent emerging as a key bottleneck for industrial upgrading. Apart from its deep dedication to technological innovation, IROOTECH takes the initiative in bearing industry-wide responsibilities and actively cultivates the industrial intelligence workforce.
Chen Lifeng, the company's Head of Education, showcased the selfdeveloped teaching equipment that fully replicates real industrial production line scenarios. Integrating production, teaching, training, and research, the platform covers core processes including full product lifecycle traceability, intelligent operation and maintenance, digital twin, environmental data monitoring and visualization, and intelligent production scheduling. It truly embodies the concept of "the classroom as the worksite, training as job-ready practice."
IROOTECH has been deeply involved in developing multiple national and industrial talent standards, translating cutting-edge technologies into practical, teachable curricula. The company has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Industrial Vocational Education Development Center of Indonesia's Ministry of Industry to establish the "International Alliance for Industrial Digital Talent Development". By exporting Chinese vocational education standards to Indonesia, IROOTECH supports the development of skilled professionals for Indonesia's Industry 4.0 transformation. Through this model of "Chinese Standards + Overseas Implementation + Local Cultivation", IROOTECH is pioneering an international vocational education pathway using knowledge exports to accelerate global industrial digital and intelligent transformation.

During the interview session, Huang Shenghui, Head of Industrial Intelligent Agents, and Hu Zhu, Head of the Logistics Robotics Business Unit, fielded questions from the media delegation. The atmosphere was lively, with international journalists raising questions on industrial AI, smart logistics, and global strategy.

Responding to a question regarding advancements and policy support for smart logistics robots in low-carbon and intelligent development, Hu Zhu stated: "We are focused on low-carbon, end-to-end solutions covering inbound material handling, unloading, transport, storage, and distribution. All IROOTECH logistics robots feature intelligence and electrification, using lithium-ion batteries, and have been exported to more than 50 countries and regions. We offer tailored products for different markets: comfort and intelligence for Europe; low-carbon, eco-friendly models replacing diesel forklifts for Southeast Asia; and green solutions for high-temperature-resistant, dust-resistant environments in the Middle East and Africa. The Chinese government has provided strong policy support for low-carbon and intelligent development initiatives."
When asked how the FixMaster AI differs from general large models, Huang Shenghui replied: "Industrial maintenance environments have extremely high safety requirements. The key difference from general models is its ability to effectively prevent incorrect repairs or risky operations caused by AI hallucinations. We have implemented exceptionally stringent training and constraints on safe operation, accurate parameter responses, and step-by-step inspection guidance, ensuring 99% accuracy rate in safety assurance across all typical industrial scenarios."
This press tour was more than a showcase of technological achievements — it let the world hear the authentic voice of China's industrial intelligence. Going forward, IROOTECH will continue to use industrial intelligence as its anchor, accelerating progress from standalone intelligence to swarm intelligence, making equipment smarter and manufacturing more efficient. The company remains deeply committed to industrial intelligence, bringing Chinese solutions to global applications, deeply participating in global industrial chain collaboration, and driving the profound advancement of global industrial digital and intelligent transformation.
